To help us confirm your reservation more efficiently, please ensure that the name used for the deposit matches the name on the reservation. Alternatively, kindly mention the reservation name in the payment reference or note.

The reservation is considered confirmed by sending the deposit receipt via email. Please note that the deposit should be completed within 3 working days in order to keep your reservation active.
After this date, we may not be able to guarantee availability.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund:

when a cancellation to the booking has been made with a minimum of 30 days notice (from the date of check in) being given to “Summer House” reservation’s department. (You are only charged with the refunded expenses e.g.bank expenses, postal charges or any other charges).

50% cancellation fee:
A 50% cancellation fee is charged if a cancellation of the reservation has been made within the period of 21days to 30 days, from the date of check in.

100% cancellation fee:
A 100% cancellation fee is charged when a cancellation of the reservation has been made within 20 days from the date of check in.

Note:
i) No deposit amount is refunded.
