Confirmation of booking

Confirmation of booking is only valid upon receipt of a deposit of 20% of the total cost.

A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.

i) The deposit must be received by “Summer House Nikiti” no later than the date as specified by the reservation’s department.

ii) Confirmation of the deposit made should also be forwarded to “Summer House Nikiti” reservations by email.

Please bring your bank deposit slip as proof of payment.

Cancellation Policy:

• Fully refundable only when the cancellation is made 30 days before the arrival date. (You are only charged with the refunded expenses e.g.bank expenses,postal  charges or any other charges)
• There is a 50% cancellation fee only when the cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days from the arrival date
• Non-refundable only when the cancellation is made 15 days before arrival.
• For pre-term departures, there is a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the remaining rental period, according to Law 1652/86 Gov.Gaz.167A
